Is it possible to conceptualize phenomena such as revenge porn, upskirting, downblousing, sexualized deep fakes, catcalling and dick pics as non-physical violations of the right to sexual autonomy? And are these forms of behaviour worthy of punishment? This volume examines these questions from a variety of perspectives and lays the foundation for a reorganization of the relevant legal regulations.
