Summary
Hugo Sinzeimer is considered to be one of the fathers of German collective labor law, and in fact the basic dogmatic structures of the current law concerning collective bargaining are based substantially on Sinzheimer's work. Sandro Blanke analyzes Sinzheimer's work on labor law in the context of his other writings on legal policy, legal philosophy and the sociology of law.
