Summary
Ivana Mikešić examines the paradigms of the development and specialization of administrative law in Germany's Weimar Republic. Against the backdrop of the so-called »positivism dispute,« which flared up in German constitutional law doctrine after the First World War, the author demonstrates how the new, more intervening disciplines of administrative law influenced and changed the commonly held view of the structure and the character of the entire legal system.
