The organizational structures in the German health care system are in a state of upheaval. Andreas Musil analyzes the fiscal consequences of restructuring for hospitals and specifies the problems this involves.
Volume II takes a close look at the new organization forms of health care providers, particularly medical care centers and integrated care, and draws a general picture of the tax framework conditions of current and coming developments of the reform so that future reform plans will be more successful. The existing non-profit law proves primarily to be in need of reforms considering the changes in the health care system.
