In the second part of the 1996 Russian civil code there is a detailed regulation of property trust management. It provides a new type of contract, for which there had not been any models in Tsarist or in Soviet law. In his work, Vladimir Primaczenko shows the development of property trust management from a historical and comparative legal perspective.
