This is the German translation and commentary of the Tractates Ma'aserot and Ma'aser sheni of the Talmud of Israel. This critical translation is based on all available text witnesses including printed editions and manuscripts. Parallel passages from rabbinical literature are noted. The traditional rabbinical commentaries have been utilised in explaining the text of the Yerushalmi. The volume contains several indices that make it accessible for further academic use.
