Hartmut Bauer Born 1954; 1992-2004 Professor (Chair) of Public Law, in particular Constitutional Law, Environmental Law and Economic Law, at the Faculty of Law of Technische Universität Dresden; 2004-20 Professor (Chair) of European and German Constitutional and Administrative Law, Social Law and Public Economic Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Potsdam.

Wolfgang Kahl is Director of the Institute for German and European Administrative Law and of the Research Center for Sustainability Law at Heidelberg University.

Andreas Voßkuhle is a former judge, Vice-President (2008-2010) and President (2010-2020) of the Federal Constitutional Court and Professor of Public Law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg.

Detlef Czybulka ist o. Professor an der Universität Rostock, Lehrstuhl für Staats- und Verwaltungsrecht, Umweltrecht und öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht, Geschäftsführender Direktor des Instituts für Anwaltsrecht an der Universität Rostock, Richter am Oberverwaltungsgericht Greifswald.
