Under what conditions does someone act responsibly? Bénédict Winiger argues that acting responsibly implies that anyone who does so is able to repair any potential future damage completely and actually does so in case of damage (criteria of reversibility) and is not to blame when deciding on and performing the action (criteria of fault).
