Is the close family relationship among contracting parties a distinctive feature which our legal system should deal with more systematically than has been done up to now? The studies in this volume, written from the perspective of legal dogmatics, comparative law and sociology, outline the basis for a personalized private autonomy, using contracts in the entrepreneurial family as an example.
