Summary
This volume contains articles on comparative law presented at the Würzburg conference on criminal procedure law held by the Chinese-German Association of Criminal Law Professors on 16 and 17 December 2016. One of the most significant findings during this conference was the realisation that the development of criminal procedure law in China from the standpoint of the rule of law is at least just as important as the development of substantive criminal law.
