Jörg Menzel (1965–2016) war zuletzt Professor an der Türkisch-Deutschen Universität in Istanbul.

Tobias Pierlings ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Universität Bonn, Doktorand am Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches öffentliches Recht und Völkerrecht, Heidelberg und Rechtsreferendar am Landgericht Bonn.

Jeannine Hoffmann ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Universität Bonn und Doktoratsstudentin an der Universität Graz.
