From the perspective of comparative law, Mirko Weinert deals with the application of interim remedies following the executory title in Germany and England/Wales. As far as the German law of civil procedure is concerned, the result is a temporal-functional reorientation of the scope of attachment and interim injunction according to sections 916 ff of the Code of Civil Procedure, which is geared exclusively to the actual condition for which the creditor is striving in the end and which thus includes civil proceedings in a wider sense. In the British-Welsh law of civil procedure, the author gives a corresponding comparative valuation for the application of interim injunctions in aid of execution after providing a description of the basic principles of the enforcement of judgments and interim protection.
