This work contains the papers given by professors of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tübingen during a series of lectures entitled »The Changing Legal System - From the Vocation of our Time to Lawmaking«. The articles are concerned with the entire spectrum of jurisprudence: European constitutional law, civil service law, labor law, cooperation among the European judiciaries, reforms in application of sanctions in the penal systems, antitrust law, modernization of the law of obligations, a new law of damages and the reform of the Code of Civil Procedure.
