Contributions to Finance and Currency Law.
Edited by Cornelia Manger-Nestler and Alexander Thiele
The Contributions to Financial and Monetary Law (Beiträge zum Finanz- und Währungsrecht – FuWR) series was founded in 2025. The diverse and sometimes disruptive transformation and change processes of recent years have established financial and monetary law, including budgetary law, as an essential component of forward-looking economic law. The scope of this area of law is not static, but dynamic, shaped by the intertwining of national, European, and international regulatory regimes and the regular interplay of private and public law issues. The FuWR series aims to create a deeper understanding of financial and monetary law, systematically recording and dogmatically processing it. It addresses fundamental questions and central elements as well as new developments, for example at the interfaces between banking and capital market law, regulatory and financial supervisory law, monetary and currency law, and the law of transformation and digitalization. The series is open to outstanding dissertations and other monographs as well as thematically cohesive anthologies.
