Ökonomik der Kooperation
The Economics of Cooperation series presents works that deal with the cooperation among companies, which are to an increasing degree creating strategic alliances, partnerships or large company networks, establishing a corporate cooperation or a cooperation along the value chain. They also explore the purchase and sale of parts of a company (acquisitions) as well as company mergers in almost all sectors and branches. This series contains works which deal with the individual facets of cooperation strategies from a theoretical, empirical or practical perspective. They examine the reasons for certain developments (for example globalization, individualization) and analyze their goals and their impact on individual companies as well as the consequences for the economy as a whole, for example for competition and the economically advantageous division of labor. Their spectrum ranges from an analysis of a cooperation between single companies to studies of entire business sectors.
