Oliver Lepsius is Professor of Public Law and Constitutional Theory at the University of Münster.
Angelika Nußberger is a former judge and vice president of the European Court of Human Rights. She is Professor for Constitutional, International and Comparative Law at the University of Cologne.
Christian Waldhoff is Professor for Public and Financial Law at Berlin’s Humboldt University.
Christian Walter is Professor for International and Public Law at Munich University.
