In einer globalisierten Welt ist ein interdisziplinärer Dialog über Ethik und Menschenrechte möglich, notwendig und fruchtbar für die Rechtswissenschaft. Ethik kann einerseits als eine Grundlage der Menschenrechte gesehen werden, andererseits formt sie aber auch bereits existierende Menschenrechte neu.
